Eligibility Criteria

To use our Services, you must have reached the age of 18 or the age of majority required to enter contracts in your jurisdiction, whichever is applicable.

You may not use our Services if your access has previously been suspended or terminated by Get Simplely, unless you have received written authorization to access the Services again.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release and hold harmless Get Simplely, its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from interactions between Users.

Right to Release Information

Get Simplely retains the right to disclose User Content and associated User information when reasonably necessary to facilitate the functioning of the Services, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, or respond to lawful governmental, regulatory, or judicial requests.

Information may also be released when necessary to protect the legal rights, assets, security, or safety of Get Simplely, its Users, or the public.
